Returns Policy

This applies only to online purchases.

If you are not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, please do not remove swing tickets. Simply return your un worn items. They must reach us no later than 14 days from the date you receive the item, returns later then this will not be accepted.

If the item is faulty please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods so we can investigate into this. Products will be rejected by our team if the item is not in a saleable condition I.e. products being worn or washed; don’t have swing tickets on; have make-up stains; other stains or marks; scented smells; smoke smells; products not in original packing or boxes. In order to receive a refund, customers must post their items to the listed returns address: 28b Touchwood, 100 High Street, Solihull, West Midlands, B91 3TA. Customers will not be refunded postage and packaging. Customers are responsible to post their returns to us.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
